My current obsession is the birding and wildlife trails of Texas. I'm trying to visit them all. There are 9 of them, some with over 100 sites. This may take a while...

My Energy is Returning
Did you know that difficulty sleeping, waking up tired, feeling grouchy, low energy and even an inability to concentrate can be symptoms that asthma is not under control? I just learned this.
I've been using my medication without fail, even when I'm not experiencing the classic symptoms like chest pain, coughing, and shortness of breath for several weeks and my energy levels are finally returning to normal. I'm not sitting around staring at the clutter thinking I really should clean up. Blogging is fun again. This is worth 200 dollars a month.

Glad you're feeling better and I say it's worth every penny if it helps you!
Thanks for stopping by as long as it peaks your interest that all that matters. No need to bake :) just drool over them... it's what I do most times :)
Hmm, maybe I have asthma too, I'm like that all the time.
Glad you're feeling better :)
I was like that from about mid-September 'til May, well almost June. I did two things, 1, change the system of heating the house so that there was little or no carbon-monoxide, 2, vent each room so that there was a complete exchange of air. Oh, there is a third, make certain you put that long acting insecticide on any pets, fleas are relatively obvious, lice much less so.
Menopause can bring on similar symptoms. And getting older. That's where I am these days....
@Alexis AKA MOM: I'm still exploring less expensive options. I have no talent for baking.
@Poppy: It was so little energy that my world consisted of the bed and the couch unless I forced myself to go out. I hope you're not that tired all the time.
@Vince: I rent an apartment so I can't do anything about the heat. We do have vents in each room. My cats don't go outside, but it won't hurt to get another dose of the pest control.
@Pseudonymous High School Teacher: I have heard that about menopause. I'm not there yet.
No, I think my disease is called "lazy" ... :)
OMG 200 a month you poor thing!
My partner is a bad asthmatic so yeah I do have a bit of knowledge about it myself.
Glad you are feeling so much better. :)
Glad you are feeling better. Hopefully you can get the price down.
I can not STAND to feel bad, so I really hope you can avoid those episodes as much as possible.
Enjoy your boost of energy!
@Poppy: I suffer from that one occasionally sometimes, too.
@Smileyfreak: Yep. 200 a month for the privelege of breathing.
@LL Cool Joe: I hope not too bad. I think it's scarier for my friends than it is for me...
@gayle: I've been looking into it. I did discover that the drug company that makes it has an assistance program. I earned too much this year, but next year I should qualify.
@Anita: I haven't had to use my rescue inhaler in two weeks. I am enjoying it.
