Expand Search to the Big D?

I blew it.  I should have just said ok, gotten up at 5 a.m., and driven to Dallas.

I've been filling out job applications and posting resumes online.  I got a phone call today!  They wanted to know if I could stop by tomorrow and take a typing test.  Of course!  Then she gave me the address and I discovered the job is in Coppell, TX by DFW airport.  "Oh," I said.  "I'm in Houston."

It wouldn't be so bad in Dallas.  It's not that far.  Why did I even bring it up?

Dallas would be closer to the Rockies! Keep up your hard work.

and there you go already, don't chose anything that doesn't interest you, but htat you're able to think moving is a possibility is awesome...ne thing you might want to do if you're willing to relocate, is to indicate it either on the cover page or in your resume in the profile section. Able to relocate....or Willing to relocate if nt, don't put it. wow already an offer, you rock!

When you say "it's not that far", you weren't meaning as a commute were you? I like the Dallas/FW area. My sister lives in Plano.

It would be too far for a daily commute, but I could come home on the weekends.

The post is very intellectually written, with lots of valuable information.

Because we never think before we speak. At least, not in the times that we really should. :)
