Homework

It's Travel Tip Thursday and I have nothing to post.  I have two chapters in my English Comp book that need to be read before 7 a.m., so it's not going to get written tonight. If I'm going to continue my story, I'll have to join the camp that writes ahead of time.   I'll have it ready for next week.

It appears I'll have a lot of writing assignments this semester.  I thought about posting my work here but my school uses software that searches the internet to catch cheaters.  I'm having premonitions of being told I've plegarized myself.

My first is for Humanities:
1.  What are we?
2.  How did we get here?
3.  What's the point?
In no less than 350 words I have to give my opinion as to whether these 3 questions are sufficient to have created arts, religion, history, philosophy, and the sciences.  Of course the answer is "yes", but I have to come up with reasons why...

Have you read the numbers correctly ?. 350 seems a bit small, given you have put 150 words or so in this post. Are you sure is isn't 3,500.
By the way did they give you a style sheet, most places have one nowadays.

Take those three questions, add enough time and beer, you can come up with all kinds of things... Add a little ambition and the fear of the Russian and you can put a man on the moon.

Of course they're sufficient. And they're eminently BS-able, which is the beauty part.

As a non schooler, all I will say is good luck and turn it in on time.

@Vince: It's only 350...it's to be used for class discussions, so maybe that's why he's not requiring more?

@sage: Add enough beer and I can solve all the world's problems...can't remember the solutions once I'm sober...

@Amanda: And since he's asking for my opinion, not facts, BS is the way to go!

@Heather: That sounds like a good plan since I can't get credit unless I turn it in. Whatever I have, whether I'm satisfied with it or not, will be turned in on time.

1. We are capable of abstract thought, and have the ability to create
2. Evolution.
3. We don't know yet..

@buffalodick: You don't know the answer to number 3? Not even a guess?

I say to love and be loved...to explore, to learn, to enjoy...

Once again I don't know how you do it!! I really admire you!!

@gayle: There's no way I'd be able to swing 5 classes if I was working. I do the most important things first. The little things don't matter.

@gayle: I should have said petty things don't matter...little things sometimes matter a lot...
